Santa Monica, known for the four S's. Sun, Sand, Sea and.. that's right, Storage. Our development on the corner of Olympic Blvd and 20th Street is making huge progress. We are especially excited to see this property completed. 

Its a great accomplishment to complete a project like this within a very active facility. Safety trumps all aspects of the job and our team withheld zero efforts to follow through with the goal. Last, but certainly not least🥁🥁.. please welcome Stephen Cates ! We are all big fans of Stephen, his positive energy and eagerness to learn is contagious. He is a great guy to have in the office and bonus points for being a fellow Memphian 🤝. Stephen will begin his senior year at TCU this fall and will graduate with a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Spring 2025. We couldn't be happier to have him on the team this summer!

I have been looking forward to making this intern's introduction from the get go.. please meet Dee Simmons ! Andy and Andrew had the pleasure of sitting with Dee at the SMU Real Estate board meeting last fall and were throroughly impressed with his character and real estate expertise. They knew Dee would make a significant addition to the internship team🎯🎯! Dee will graduate with a master's degree in business administration from SMU Cox School of Business in 2025 🎓 . We are lucky to have him join us this summer!

Next up🥁🥁please welcome Jack Forrest Jack just returned back to the office after competing at the U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials in Indianapolis! Jack will begin his Junior year at SMU this Fall, studying Finance and Data Science and swimming for the SMU Men's Swimming and Diving Team. In the pool and at the office Jack is hardworking, talented, and a great team player. We are thrilled to have him join us this summer! Special shout out to SMU Athletics' Life After Ball (LAB)

Now that we are in the thick of summer, it's about time we introduced this year's interns! First up, we have Leticia Martini This isn't Leticia's first rodeo, she was an All-Star Intern at Baranof last year and we are so lucky to have her join us again this summer!  Leticia will begin her senior year at SMU this Fall and will graduate in May 2025 with a BBA in Finance and a Specialization in Real Estate. While Brazil is home for Leticia, she has found Dallas to be the perfect fit (which we are so thankful for 🙌 ) !
