Drawing from extensive experience studying and working on office-to-residential conversions like 55 Broad Street, 20 Broad Street, and 30 Morningside Drive, Eugene outlined key design objectives for conversions: understanding bulk regulations, exploring strategies for relocating floor area, and getting creative with efficiency.
