⚾️ At Saturday’s Greensboro Grasshoppers game, we celebrated Cone Health Cancer Center Night! Cancer Center team members enjoyed the game and cheered on #CancerSurvivor Jeff Wallace as he threw the first pitch. 🩺 After a routine physical, a screening PSA blood test and a biopsy, Jeff Wallace learned he had prostate cancer. To ensure the best outcome possible, he began receiving treatments immediately. ❤️🩹 Throughout his cancer journey, Jeff was supported by the team at Wesley Long Cancer Center. “The staff here answered my questions, took the time to be patient with me and gave me a better understanding of what I was up against,” he says. Today, Jeff encourages others to follow through on their medical care and listen to their doctors and family. 🎉 On Saturday, we were thrilled to celebrate his recovery with him! 📺 Watch Jeff’s story: https://lnkd.in/e9b47eyC
