"I love the exposure to different solutions each client brings. There are so many ways to view data and analytics; it's like gaining a more well-rounded view from traveling the world." 🏆 What is your definition of success? "Success to me is looking back and saying 'Yes' to these four questions": 1.) Did I make good decisions based on the information that I had? 2.) Did I add more positivity to the world in my wake? 3.) Did I protect and empower the people around me to assist them in becoming the best versions of themselves? 4.) Did I/we find joy? 🤸♀️ Which Olympic sport is your favorite and why? "I'm a sucker for women's gymnastics. The ambition, tenacity, and desire to break the limits inspire me every time. Others told them that it had never been done before, and their response is, 'Watch me!'" This week, we’re highlighting how Rachel Carpenter, one of our outstanding team members, masterfully manages client expectations while keeping her work and personal life in harmony ✨. ⚖ Balancing Client and Internal Expectations: “When it comes to balancing client and internal expectations, communication and transparency are key. The best relationships I have had over my career with clients and with my peers are when all parties can agree that knowing where they stand (the good, bad, and ugly) creates a much more open and productive result. When expectations are clear, and both sides agree that communication will be open, the product is a beautiful thing!” 🧘♀️ Work-Life Balance: “For me, to have a balanced work and personal life, I believe it is important not to define "who you are" as your job/your work. I don't want that to be confused with not having pride in your work and or upholding a strong work ethic, those are both a very big part of my experience and the standard I hold for myself. However, who "Rachel" is outside the construct of my work was something I didn't do well to define until very recently. Finding your passions and things that bring you purpose that fulfill you outside the "9-5" is so important in keeping balance and respect for both Work and Personal to coexist. This might seem obvious, but I have found that starting my day with a healthy, protein-filled meal gives me sustaining energy that keeps me going with less of a "crash" in the afternoon. I also prioritize a slower morning routine. Starting your day in rush will directly reflect how you produce that day, how you approach problem resolution, and how you feel at the end of your workday.” Rachel Carpenter's approach reminds us of all of the importance of clear communication, setting expectations, and nurturing our well-being outside of work. Here's to creating a more balanced and fulfilling life! 💪 ✨

This week, we asked Lexi Young, one of our dedicated team members, how she maintains her mental health while working remotely. Here are her valuable insights: 🏃♀️ Prioritize Exercise and Activity: “Make sure to prioritize exercise and being active. Take short breaks to reset throughout your day. This could mean a workout before or after work, but always ensure you aren’t sacrificing your personal goals for work. I also bought a walking pad, so when I am cold calling or doing administrative tasks, I make sure to get in 3-4 miles a day!” 🧠 Self-Reflection and Fulfillment: “Always be honest with yourself and ask: Am I being fulfilled? Am I working as hard as I can? Am I implementing feedback? Am I bringing my best self to work every day? If the answer is no, it’s a sign to look inward and work on being as efficient and productive as possible.” 💪 No Excuses, Openness to Feedback, and Continuous Improvement: “Don’t make excuses.
