This summer, the Legacy Project: Career Ready Collective sponsored by the Principal Charity Classic with support from Sammons Financial Group Companies, ran weekly programming for six weeks with topics spanning collaboration and communication to growth mindset. 20% of Legacy Project: Career Ready Collective participants said that the program made them think more about or want to work in the #DSMUSA area after high school or college, and 50% were already considering or want to work in the area following their college education.
