The enormous Park Fire in Northern California has destroyed hundreds of buildings, injured residents and prompted evacuation orders for thousands of people. The fire has burned more than 390,000 acres, making it the fifth-largest wildfire in the state's history. Greater Good Charities is on the ground in Chico assisting partners and assessing need. We've also delivered Good Packs and pet food to help displaced families and their pets. We will have additional information to share soon. Throughout Ukraine, missile attacks have blown out the windows in countless homes and buildings. In the extreme cold of winter and now the sweltering heat of summer, people need windows to stay safe and comfortable. That's why Greater Good Charities is working with Insulate Ukraine to reinstall windows shattered during the conflict. We've installed over 160 windows in homes, and provided new windows to a Dnipro hospital whose windows were completely destroyed by a missile attack. Both doctors and patients are incredibly grateful for this support, which will once again ensure clean and safe conditions in the hospital. Greater Good Charities joined Houston Humane Society (HHS) on the ground in Texas after Hurricane Beryl impacted millions.
