My client was 🤯overwhelmed by manual payroll and onboarding tasks, so I helped him automate and streamline his process. Here's how: My client, a small business owner with 25 employees, faced a challenge: The time he spent on manual tasks like downloading timekeeping data, keying in hours, and manually processing new hires was becoming too much as he continued to grow. He was going to add a new location with 10 new employees in the next 3 months and we needed to get him his time back. In just 5 weeks, we transformed his HR operations with one of our preferred partners, Gusto. ✅ We automated his payroll to reduce data entry and human errors. ✅ We set up self-onboarding to streamline processes with custom offer letters, a digital employee handbook, and company-specific forms. New hires can now review and digitally sign all paperwork before their first day! ✅ We created a custom onboarding checklist that allowed him to assign some of the onboarding tasks to the hiring managers so that he could focus on other things.
