(“Petrobras”) for the riser-based well intervention vessels Siem Helix 1 and Siem Helix 2 working offshore Brazil. The new three-year contracts are valued in aggregate at an estimated $786 million, in accordance with Petrobras’ estimated value. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Resolve hardware faults (Monitors, laptops, desktops, printers, phones). • Building new computers or rebuilding computers. • Maintaining hardware - installing Windows updates, software patches, etc. • Backup and deploy images using deployment manager systems. • Updating and following company procedures. • Setting up user computers, and Cisco IP phones, Managing and installing company software on user cell phones, support/troubleshooting printers, and Conducting user training. • Answering helpdesk tickets (Voice and/or email). • Managing User permissions in Active Directory. • Maintenance of software licensing records • Vessel visits required for maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: • BOSIET (desirable). • MCDST. • 2 years hands-on experience. • Strong PC, Laptop, and Printer knowledge. • Knowledge of Servers, AD, Exchange, and Cisco Call Manager. • Will be required to travel (land, sea, and air) to attend offices and vessels. • Strong service and communications skills. • Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational skills.
