Digital mental healthcare clinic, designed for young adults.
Über uns
Mantra Health is a digital mental health clinic on a mission to improve young peoples' mental healthcare access through clinical services, software, and design. Since our founding in 2018, we've built a comprehensive treatment service for young adults with various mental health conditions. We've raised over $27 million to work with students at universities and colleges across the country such as MIT, Cornell, and the University of Minnesota. Our students see clinically significant differences in their mental health during treatment with us. We're particularly proud that nearly two-thirds of students with access to Mantra report that Mantra's program helped them stay in school.

Thrilled to work in collaboration with Togetherall North America to bring digital peer support to Universities of Wisconsin students! Read the news here 👉 https://bit.ly/4cCRMpM
🚨 NEW COLLABORATION 🚨 We are excited to announce that 112,000 students at 12 Universities of Wisconsin can now access digital peer support. In partnership with Mantra Health, students at these 12 institutions are able to tap into an online mental health resource where they can give and get anonymous support from a global community of peers 24/7/365. “Implementing a comprehensive mental health strategy for a large system like the Universities of Wisconsin, means adopting a ‘both-and’ mindset and embracing the idea that mental-health concerns are universal. ‘Both-and’ refers to the importance of providing your entire population with immediate, 24/7, mobile access to mental health supports (i.e., Togetherall), which can work hand-in hand with traditional one-to-one treatment services.” - Ben Locke, Ph.D., Chief Clinical Officer, Togetherall 👉 Read more about our new collaboration: https://lnkd.in/eYh-KKca #Wisconsin #highered #peersupport #digitalmentalhealth

How can you support students' well-being this year? Consider expanding your mental health and wellness resources to include additional support that you might not otherwise have, such as: 💙 Peer-to-peer support 💙 Self-guided wellness courses 💙 One-on-one coaching 💙 24/7 crisis support 💙 Virtual therapy and psychiatric care 💙 Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) Learn how Mantra Health can help expand your offerings. 🛑 More and more people are seeking therapy and being prescribed medication than ever before. Why, then, are mental health concerns continuing to rise? 🛑 When it comes to mental health, there's no one-size-fits-all approach to care. Recognizing peoples' diverse needs and offering a wide range of accessible, affordable services - from self-guided lessons to crisis support - is critical. "Focusing on quality, not just quantity, of care is also important... What really matters is, is someone getting better? Are they able to return to work? Are they able to care for their family? Are they able to start planning for their future?” - Dr. Robert Trestman, chair of the American Psychiatric Association’s (APA) Council on Healthcare Systems and Financing via TIME We couldn't agree more!
