Erster Spatenstich für #BorWin6: Ein wichtiger Meilenstein für die Energiewende 🚀 Heute haben wir den offiziellen Startschuss für das Offshore-Netzanbindungsprojekt BorWin6 gegeben. Zahlreiche internationale Gäste sowie Vertreterinnen und Vertreter aus regionaler Politik, Wirtschaft und Verwaltung kamen dafür auf dem Gelände des Umspannwerks Büttel in Schleswig-Holstein zusammen. BorWin6 ist das 16. Netzanschlusssystem von #TenneT in der Nordsee und markiert einen bedeutenden Fortschritt in der nachhaltigen Energieversorgung Deutschlands. Die 235 Kilometer lange Gleichstromverbindung wird 980 Megawatt Windstrom von der Nordsee an Land bringen und dort in Drehstrom umwandeln. 🔌⚡ Dieses innovative Projekt, das wir gemeinsam mit McDermott International, Ltd und Global Energy Interconnection Research Institute Europe, GEIRI Europe / C-EPRI 中电普瑞 realisieren, wird uns dabei unterstützen, CO2-Emissionen zu reduzieren und #ErneuerbareEnergien weiter zu fördern.
