We had an incredible time at Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) 🎉 It was fantastic connecting with so many industry leaders and suppliers, discussing the future of product sampling and showcasing how OrdrSmart can partner with you to streamline and optimize these critical operations. ⭐️ A Few Highlights ⭐️ One thing is clear: Product samples are a part of multiple workflows - being sent out to potential customers, being received for product development and procurement and internally tested for compliance and quality. None of these are working as well as manufacturers need them to. 🏃 Speed and accuracy are king. Small error in the sample = lost sale. 🍂 Feedback on samples sent out often fall through the cracks and leaves both R&D and sales teams frustrated. 🧱 Existing platforms are either too noisy, too complicated, or not built for the use case - leaving manufacturers trying to hack their way through this problem.
