PACO Collective partnered with Nimbly Insights to better understand how Gen Z across the Americas defines inclusion—the conversations they’re having, the issues they care about, the actions they are taking, their vision for tomorrow—and how they expect brands to get involved. With its innovative multi-faceted methodology, the Equity Tastemakers study offers marketers actionable insights on the inclusive causes and tactics that will most move the needle. This multi-disciplinary discussion will feature voices from Harvard University, Nimbly Insights, and the Chicago White Sox. Last Thursday, PACO Collective joined the Chicago Advertising Federation's 2024 Annual Diversity Summer Mixer. The event featured a dynamic panel discussion and a town hall-style conversation addressing the current state of DEI in the advertising industry. The discussion spotlighted effective strategies for promoting diversity within the industry, emphasizing the importance of having diverse voices at the table.
