Introducing a modern and sustainable 10-story mass-timber office and flex workspace concept. This innovative design harmonizes two distinct typologies: the lower floors house commercial and retail spaces that complement the adjacent historic building, while the upper floors feature a sleek and efficient office tower. By stepping back from the main street, the building’s footprint is optimized for an efficient office floor plate. The exposed mass-timber construction, including post and beam and CLT panels, enhances the building’s warm and inviting biophilic appeal. Welcome Danielle! Dani joins us as our newest project manager. Her experience in architecture has its roots in adaptive reuse in the historic rust belt of the East Coast. Graduating from Northeastern University and the University of Oregon, her experience living on both coasts has informed her practice of Architecture and Urban Design. Taking inspiration from unique geological formations on site, this winery study provides expanded tasting room and production facilities for an existing local winery. This building design takes advantage of sweeping views of the adjacent Snake River valley in a more breathtaking setting overlooking the working vineyards.
