A21 immediately provided safe housing, food, medical care, and basic necessities. Our K-12 Human Trafficking Education Curriculum is changing lives across the U.S., equipping students to identify and respond to situations where they may be vulnerable to human trafficking. This holistic resource covers: • Rights and Responsibilities: Focuses on how all human beings have inherent rights. • Character Development: Focuses on the whole child, their self-concept of who they are, and begins the ability to express one’s needs, wants, and emotions. • Relationship Boundaries: Focuses on discerning healthy and unhealthy boundaries and trusting one’s intuition when noticing red flags. • Digital Safety: Focuses on prevention actions to protect oneself against online exploitation and provides tools to reduce vulnerability to grooming and trafficking. These four foundational pillars are found in each grade level of our curriculum, tailored to the specific risk-factors of each age group. Children are inherently vulnerable to exploitation, and no community is immune. Age-appropriate, holistic education is vital in protecting minors from the schemes of traffickers. #BREAKINGNEWS Today, we’re celebrating freedom for a survivor in Cambodia. 👏 After being recruited for a false job offer through social media, this woman was forced into marriage. Today, she is FREE. Thanks to your partnership, A21 was able to provide immediate assistance and accommodation. Our team will holistically support her on the journey to restoration through services like counseling, medical care, employment assistance, and legal representation.
