After 10 amazing weeks at Thesis, my time as a Product Operations Intern has come to an end. My time at Thesis has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The community that has been cultivated is truly one that cannot be recreated. From navigating the program Airtable, and getting a builder certification to attending weekly learning sessions from professionals in the industry, I walk out with a bit more knowledge each day. During my time, I had the opportunity to collaborate on different projects for reputable brands such as Estée Lauder, Bobbi Brown, LA MER, & Nike. One key skill that I learned was digitalizing record templates, this process automates repetitive record recreation ensuring consistent data and streamlining efficiency in workflows. Additionally, I transferred organizational data charts into an Airtable database to improve cross-functional communications. Also, I created multiple data-centric user interfaces to compute trends via data visualization. My time here showed me that diverse perspectives can provide meaningful solutions to create a better world. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my mentor Shaun Howie and my sponsor Molly Leaf for always supporting me and willingness to offer me guidance throughout my internship. Additionally, thank you to the entire operations team Connor D., Marcus Garrett, Kimberly Rhoten, Pat Rice, Lucy Weberlein, Keenan Jones, Lauren Lambertson, and Fran for showering me with unconditional support, giving sightful advice, and answering any curiosity that I had. Thank you to Maria Aiko Linman, Kallee Nguyen, SHRM-CP, Emily Hawkins, Sarah Fink, John Agnew, Susan Yoon, Alex Driver, Kira Chan, Brandon Ha, Shirley Wong, and everyone at Thesis for making these 10 weeks memorable. Every interaction that we had, big or small, is something that I am going to cherish forever. Lastly, thank you to the 2024 cohort Olivia Van, Beto Calderon-Carrillo, and Jon Pham for making the internship so much fun!
