Eniola Abioye, Lead UX Researcher at Meta : "AI tools don't inherently introduce biases, but they can lead to a lack of intentionality in research design and strategy. The efficiency you gain by using AI tools shouldn't make you take a step back from conducting research. It remains a high-touch field. While AI can assist with logistics, relying on it to lead research can be risky."
