Heroes for Children advocates for and provides financial and social assistance to families with children (0-22 yrs of age) battling cancer.
Our vision is that no family with a child battling cancer will fight alone.
For 10 years, Heroes for Children has helped alleviate families' worries, giving them comfort and a brief respite from the everyday challenges of cancer-fighting and caregiving. -

I worked directly for the Director of Operations to handle parking, hospitality suite construction, player evacuations, emergency vehicle staging, caddie facilities, entertainment and networking equipment, response to PGA and Sponsor needs both before the tournament and during the event. Traveled to other PGA events to evaluate vendors and other tournament operations procedures. Basically, I was available to do whatever was needed in order to ensure the event went off without any major issues.
