Catalina CAREs (Community Awareness & Response Effort) is the employee-led group that supports the Catalina Charitable Foundation, with the goal of improving the communities where Catalina employees live and work. Established in the late 90's, the organization focuses on five charitable pillars: Health, Environment & Animal Services, Human Services, Education/STEM, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
