Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in the world. During the early
stages of the research, the researcher's mind was flooded with business
ideas, and "Comffeine" was the best. The comffeine coffee shop is
determined to become a daily necessity for local coffee addicts, a fantasy
place to escape the daily stresses of life, and simply a comfortable or
relaxing place to chill with your friends, family, and students who can study,
read a book, or complete their task all in one place. Comffeine coffee shop
will provide its customers with the best-prepared coffee in the area, as well
as pastries and free Wi-Fi to give customers what they want, which attracts
customers.

Comffeine is a coffee shop that offers a
welcoming, comfortable environment in which
customers can enjoy high-quality food, drinks,
and service at a reasonable price and dedicated
to bringing the best in providing high quality
coffee drinks, to empower local farmers and
their goods, to use environmentally safe
products, and to increase the employee
satisfaction while providing stable return to its

OBJECTIVES
Comffeine coffee shop’s objectives for the first year of
operations are:

Become selected as the “ Best New Coffee Shop in the area” by


the local restaurant guide;
Turn in profits from the first month of operations;
To quickly ensure an increase in profit while achieving sustainable
marketing expenses;
To constantly provide excellent customer service experience;
To develop high quality and unique coffee drinks and delicious
pastries delighted by all customers and potential clients.

PURPOSE:
-The purpose of this business which is the coffee shop is to give people an enjoyable taste of different types of coffee
that the coffee shop has.
And we will create an aesthetically pleasing ambiance for our costumer. In addition that when they sip a coffee they can
feel relieve, it can ease the stress that they have especially if they choose the tea.
The difference of our coffee shop from others is the quality of our ingredients. I can say that the quality of our
ingredients is hundred percent sure that after drinking the coffee they will not regret anything. As well as the place
especially the scenery in the afternoon, they can watch the sunset while drinking a coffee.

TARGET MARKET AND CUSTOMERS:


-Our target market for our coffee shop are the coffee lovers, specialty coffee drinkers and whole bean buyers. Also
those people who are always drinking coffee like when they drink or sip a coffee they can feel relax and can think
properly.
The costumer profile are the avid reader also the first-daters. When a person who is avid reader she/he always wants
coffee especially if she/he was in the middle something good in his/her book. As well as the first-daters we all know
that when the lovers are starting to date they choose to the quiet place. Also they want coffee for the to have a nice
talk.
We can say that customer needs our products or service because coffee can help you relax to be more productive.

-The industry is specialty eatery, it sells a lot of pastries also different types of coffees like cappuccino, espresso, latte, tea
and such. Yes it is a growth industry because it might get bigger. The changes that we foresee in the industry is it getting
bigger than the usual place like before it is small but now it is big that estimate 150 people can come inside to the shop. The
long term is we want to have an another branch, in different places. While the short term is in everyday we want to sell 200
cup of coffee. And that's are short term and long term goal for our coffee shop.
Our company be poised to take advantage of them by doing good inside our coffee shop, by maintaining the cleanliness and
the quality taste of our menu.
