Gender pay gap reporting

Here you can find the gender pay gap reports for Which?

It's been mandatory since 2017 for all UK organisations with 250 or more employees to publish and report specific figures about their gender pay gap.

The figures must be calculated using a specific reference date - the 'snapshot date' - each year. For business and charities this date is 5 April.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Gender Pay Gap Reporting requirements for employers were suspended entirely for the 2019/20 reporting year.

Therefore, Which? did not publish it's report for the snapshot of 5 April 2019. For the 2020/21 reporting, which publishes pay data based on the snapshot date of 5 April 2020, the government extended the deadline for employers to publish the report to 5 October 2021.

Our report explains the gender pay gap at Which? in more detail and how we are taking every step to further reduce this.
