The latest data from the Financial Conduct Authority shows that All Clear (which provides Co-op Insurance) paid 90-95% of claims made on annual worldwide and annual European policies – and 85-90% of claims made on single trip policies in 2022.
These were higher than the average acceptance rates of 82%, 76% and 73% respectively.
