How good is Co-op Insurance at handling claims?

The latest data from the Financial Conduct Authority shows that All Clear (which provides Co-op Insurance) paid 90-95% of claims made on annual worldwide and annual European policies – and 85-90% of claims made on single trip policies in 2022. 

These were higher than the average acceptance rates of 82%, 76% and 73% respectively.

If your policy number begins with IGC, to make a claim call 01702 427 229. If it begins with CMM, call 01420 579028. You can also claim online

Before calling for cancellation claims, you should contact your travel agent and/or airline to seek a refund or to move your trip.
