iCandy pushchairs: which is right for you?
![Woman pushing an iCandy pushchair](https://media.product.which.co.uk/prod/images/original/ea7ed445b257-icandy-peachlifestyle2.jpg)
iCandy is known for producing high-end baby products at a premium price, including pushchairs, a car seat and a high chair. It's also known for its popular convertible single-to-double pushchair models, such as the iCandy Peach 7 and iCandy Orange 4.
Although iCandy prams are on the pricier end of the scale and can be quite an investment, the brand offers discounts on bundles if you purchase directly from icandyworld.com. It also has several service packages and replacement parts to keep your pushchair in top condition, and also means it will retain its resale value so you can make some money back if you sell it on.

iCandy Core
![iCandy Core](https://media.product.which.co.uk/prod/images/original/d6ad53e3b34c-icandycoreic18077-0394-0000-1-1178x589.jpg)
Typical price: £995
Pros: Feature-packed, reversible seat, large-capacity basket, integrated ride-on board
Cons: Weight, set-up time
The iCandy Core was launched towards the end of 2022 and it comes with interchangeable wheels so you can swap between the 'rural' set, which is larger and more substantial, and the 'urban' set, which is smaller and lighter.
As with all iCandy pushchairs, there's an integrated ride-on board so an older child can travel in front of the handlebar if their legs get tired.
Read our review of the iCandy Core to see whether it's comfortable, easy to use and suited to all terrains.
iCandy Peach 7
![iCandy Peach 7](https://media.product.which.co.uk/prod/images/original/ff01a5061206-icandypeach-7-pramic18077-0379-0200-1178x589.jpg)
Typical price: £1,149
Pros: Height-adjustable handlebars, seat unit and carrycot in one, one-handed seat recline, zip-off handbag
Cons: Weight, not ideal for public transport
The iCandy Peach 7 is suitable for babies and children weighing up to 25kg, which is around six years old. It's a convertible single to double pushchair, so it's ideal if you're planning to grow your family.
The seat unit frame has material that can be converted into a carrycot – you'll need a small tool to do this.

iCandy Lime

Typical price: £755
Pros: Puncture-proof tyres, front-wheel suspension,
Cons: Brake is not flip-flop friendly, bucket seat
We tested the iCandy Lime in June 2019, so this popular model has been around for a while. It's a travel-system-compatible pushchair that can be used with babies and children from six months up to 25kg in the seat unit, or from birth if you convert the seat unit into a carrycot (using the same frame).
When reclining the seat, you tip it back one-handed, but it's worth noting that it's a bucket seat. This means the angle of the backrest doesn't change, which may not feel as comfortable for your child if you're leaning them back for a snooze.
See how well this iCandy pushchair coped with being put through its paces in the iCandy Lime review.
iCandy Peach All Terrain
![iCandy Peach All Terrain](https://media.product.which.co.uk/prod/images/original/89d32d9c1bb4-icandypeach-all-terrainic18077-0062-0000-copy-1178x589.jpg)
Typical price: £1,080
Pros: Option for three or four wheels on chassis, one-handed fold, handy carry strap
Cons: Weight, time-consuming to switch between carrycot and seat unit
The iCandy Peach All Terrain is a travel system-compatible pushchair where you can swap round wheels so it's either a three or four-wheeler. The idea being that with three wheels, you have a bit more manoeuvrability when you take it off road.
It's got a sizeable 10kg-capacity shopping basket when set up in four-wheel mode but this reduces to 5kg in three-wheel mode.

iCandy service and replacement parts
![Woman with child in iCandy pushchair](https://media.product.which.co.uk/prod/images/original/a654e17fcafe-icandy-peachlifestyle3.jpg)
Forking out nearly a thousand pounds (or more) for a pushchair can be eye-watering, but the benefit of a high-end pushchair is its resale value. You can very often sell it via local online marketplaces for a decent price, especially if it's still in good condition.
If you pick up a second-hand iCandy pushchair, or want to ensure it maintains its resale value, iCandy offers a range of services including:
- Platinum iService – a range of service packages from £10–£280 to replace or service various parts of the pushchair, including the wheels, handlebars, pushchair fabrics and any moving parts or small components.
- MOT iService Package – tests inspired by the British and EU Safety Standard checks to ensure the pushchair is still safe to use, including tests on the harness, brakes, stability, structural integrity and strength and durability of the attachment devices. It costs £62.
These services include free collection and return of your pushchair, and some also include a replacement chassis to use while yours is being worked on – a bit like a car service. Head to the iCandy website for more information on this.
Remember, all new iCandy pushchairs are sold with a one-year warranty (with some exceptions to certain parts of the pushchair). It's based on proof of purchase, so make sure you keep your receipt.

iCandy Orange 4 – product recall
![Woman pushing iCandy pushchair](https://media.product.which.co.uk/prod/images/original/536525d737ff-icandy-peachlifestyle.jpg)
On 10 June 2024, iCandy alerted us to a voluntary product recall for the iCandy Orange 4 due to a safety issue.
It said that it has identified a potential manufacturing weakness in the injected-plastic-moulded front-wheel fork, which could be a risk if the fork cracks, causing the wheel to stop – or collapse and cause an injury.
What should you do?
If you bought an iCandy Orange 4 between March 2024 and the present date, or you're an Orange 1/2/3 owner with a repaired front end that features fixed front wheels instead of quick-release wheels, stop using it immediately and follow the steps below:
- Complete the online form: iCandy Orange 4 Recall.
OR
- Contact iCandy Customer Services via [email protected] with date of purchase and retailer name, your pushchair’s serial number, batch number (found on the basket bar of your pushchair) and contact information.
- It will provide you with an iCandy case reference number and arrange collection of your pushchair free of charge.
- Upon receipt, it will replace your front forks and return your pushchair to you free of charge, within 10 working days.
