Hisense’s OLEDs tend to be its Best TVs and cost less than most. The 55-inch 55A85HTUK is £1,299 at time of writing (October 2022) which is expensive, but that price will drop and you won’t find many that match it from the likes of LG, Panasonic and Sony. It’s not short on features either, so all the ingredients for a Best Buy are there. Does Hisense have the skill to pull it off? Here’s our review.

Picture quality tests include broadcast 1080i high-definition TV, Freeview, Freeview HD, viewing angle and the stability of motion in fast action scenes. We also test for 4K Ultra HD and HDR if the TV can support these pictures.
