Fast, efficient, great value. They packed my kitchen so fast! Highly recommend. Highly recommend the packing service as well! Came out way cheaper than I expected!

Dima and his crew provided excellent service for my long distance move. They were friendly and handled all my precious items with care! During the packing and unloading process Dima communicated with me to make sure everything was properly placed and if anything needed adjusting. Our family has worked with Dima for 3 moves now and we highly recommend them!

One thing to note with the office is that they quoted me a rate over the phone but then in my email confirmation it was $10 higher. When I followed up they didn't honor the original rate which was a bummer. The pricing was still reasonable and of course the amazing service made up for this but when you're doing a long distance move the extra $10/hr adds up!

Use a different company.

Torn mattress, dirty sofa (moving blankets were grimy), scratched furniture, dinged walls, scratched floors.

Try to overcharge me for my stairs, and ran the clock by taking way longer than they should have. Didn't make use of dollys or other equipment for efficiency. Ignored my fragile label on boxes too.

Movers also stole packages on their way out of the building - setting up an "awesome" experience with my new neighbors.

Pay more for a company that takes pride in their work. The lack of branded truck or shirts so should have been a sign they weren't professionals from the beginning.

We used this moving service for our most recent move from San Francisco to Sacramento. Overall we had a relatively positive experience using them.

Scheduling with them was super easy. I was able to do everything via text which was convenient. They also arrived on time and and seemed to be very punctual. The movers were also very friendly and did not give off any bad vibes.

I did dock a star because we did have a couple items damaged. We had one light that broke when they transported it. The light cover ripped so we are unable to use it anymore - luckily it was an older light from IKEA and nothing too expensive. We also have a couple scratch marks on our dressers, some of our nightstands and our TV stand. We did not notice these until after the fact and they are very small and barley noticeable unless you really look closely. Also, it took the moving truck nearly 4 hours to get from SF to Sac. I get that they're in a moving truck, but 4 hours?! It took us 1.5 hours and we specifically scheduled this at a time where traffic would not be too bad.

When they arrived to Sac, they were able to get the truck unloaded pretty quickly. I believe in all we paid 8+ hours of labor for 3 movers for a 1 bedroom apartment. It cost about $2,000 plus tip.

Docking two stars for a few reasons:

- They made me write my last 5 star review as they hovered over me. I felt very pressured. It was awkward. They then took a picture of my review and sent it off to someone. Then they asked if I could write a review on Google as well, and when I said I don't do that, they suggested I can start. Makes you really take all these good reviews with a grain of salt.

- In my original review, I said they took 8 hours to move everything. In reality, it was longer when including drive time. I feel like they could've gone faster. I had 4 movers and noticed one mover was just hanging out in the truck on his phone for the majority of the time.

- I handed them my garage remotes and parking permits with instructions to leave said remotes and such on the kitchen counter before they leave. They left it elsewhere (language barrier) and I tore my house apart looking for it. Customer service said they'd follow up with me when I called in asking where the remotes were, and then didn't.

- And finally, they left my garage in the old place half open/broken! They were the last ones there and apparently , the garage didn't close all the way for some reason, but it was working completely fine before. Some people broke in and were hanging out in my empty old house until a neighbor shooed them away and closed the garage for me manually. I had to last minute call in a repairman on the day I was handing my keys to my new tenants.

Today I moved out of my old 1-bedroom apartment in Alameda with the help of Daniel and Simon. They were on time, experienced with moving multiple Peloton workout machines (bike and tread), had great attention to detail, and handled my belongings with care. And they had to do it all in the rain. This is my second time hiring pure moving co. and will do so again in the future.

Amazing painless process, showed up early and took care of everything. Had a lot of loose stuff and they brought big wardrobe boxes and filled them up. Took the tv down and carefully wrapped it. Bill had a great crew! Totally recommend!

Dino's team did an outstanding job helping us move today. They were fast and communicated well and I'm fully satisfied with their service!

I am very happy I used this moving company! The last moving company we used as already booked so we went with this company because of their positive reviews. They did not disappoint and I highly recommend them.

Formen Zhan and his team came on time and even called when they were ten minutes away. There were 3 people working and they were super efficient and did everything within 3 hours. I provided beverages and tips for the movers and wish I would have gotten them food too since they all worked so hard.

I paid in cash to save a little money. I appreciated how straightforward the confirmation email was with all the costs labeled so I could have the exact amount ready. If you are looking for a reliable company that's efficient, friendly and honest use Pure Movers!
