Came here on a late Friday night and it was popping. I ordered the Al pastor quesadilla and my friends got lengua super burrito and super breakfast burrito and we really enjoyed it. However the staff here was a little aggressive and it was hard to communicate with them. But overall definitely a good spot for a late night dinner/ snack!

I ordered a burrito mojado and was handed a bag soaked through with soup. then, ended up getting food poisoning here.

I was very satisfied with my food, I will definitely eat there again. Very fair prices as well.

The portions are big, the price is high, and it's definitely a spot more for the younger (white) demographic.
Our main complaint is that my boyfriend ordered 2 tacos (al pastor and carne asada) with no onions. We got the tacos and the al pastor is cooked and chopped up with onions! First of all, that is not how al pastor is made but more importantly, if somebody asks for no onions, they should've told him that the al pastor comes with onions automatically. So we took the taco back and the guy had an attitude and gave us a carne asada horribly assembled like they just slapped everything together. It didn't look anything like the first carne asada.
We most likely won't go back here. Only if we happened to be in the area and everything else is closed. There are 2 outdoor tent setups with REAL al pastor on a pit so we'd probably go there instead.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Nov 19, 2023

This is my go-to burrito spot in the cityHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 8, 2024
Pretty solid taqueria in the mission that serves all sorts of classics. I got the carne asada and al pastor super tacos and they make sure the tacos are piled up! The flavor of the meat was great, toppings complimented it perfectly and they give a good amount too so you get a bit of cilantro and onions with every bite. The sour cream was a bit messy since they kinda just plopped it on there but not a huge deal. I think the cheese was a bit too heavy for me so next time I would opt out of that. Also had their burritos here before and they're good it's just stuffed with a lot of rice so not my ideal spot for burritos in the mission. Overall would come again if I'm ever in the area!

Me and my friends came here and we were very disappointed. The burritos were very, very dry and they were very, very spicy but had almost no flavor at all to them. Also, it was $40 for three regular burritos. There are plenty of better choices in the neighborhood.

The pastor burrito here is on par with the other iconic burrito spots in the Mission, and their pico is consistently fresh and tasty. I like to ask for the burrito grilled crispy. They run a really efficient operation here, so it's consistently quick. I tried the carne asada and it was meh, and the chips here have a consistency similar to fritos. But that's not what I come here for, so it's all good.

I made a mad dash to Taqueria Cancun cause when on Mission, you have to grab some Mexican food. Thankfully, they take card.
First impression stepping in was that it is SUPER BRIGHT, and you have to walk all the way to the end to get to the ordering area.
Got two different tacos: Carne Asada, Al Pastor.
Impressions? Meats were all super tender and fresh. They also give a freakin generous amount (look at the pic attached). Downsides? Well, the carne Asada was quite bland, and the Al pastor was super tangy and heavy (I kinda appreciate the lime, but it was a bit of an overload to me). Otherwise, they give you a free side of chips and salsa.
Service was fine.Helpful 7Thanks 1Love this 7Oh no 0 - 104197325Jan 4, 2024
Friendly counter service at the old school Mexican joint. Wife and I shared a super carne asada burrito, it was excellent. Grilled nicely on the outside with fresh and delicious ingredients, tender and succulent carne asada . There are several long picnic style tables with plenty of room and the food was ready quick. When a local tells you where the best burrito in San Francisco is, you listen.
