    Entero Healthcare Solutions, India's leading pharmaceutical distributor has received the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) approval for its proposed initial public offering (IPO).

    The Company’s initial public offering comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 1000 crore and an offer for sale of up to 8,557,597 equity shares.

    The offer for sale comprises up to 534,082 equity shares by Prabhat Agrawal, up to 7,500,000 shares by OrbiMed Asia III Mauritius Limited, up to 353,302 shares by Prem Sethi, among others.

    ICICI Securities, Dam Capital Advisors, Jefferies India, JM Financial and SBI Capital Markets are the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue.
