The conman also applied to Delhi’s Patiala Court, stating that the ‘Kick’ star had “suppressed multiple facts.”

“I want to make it very clear that none of these alleged WhatsApp messages or voice notes was sent by me or through me from jail or otherwise," Chandrasekhar stated in his application. He also said he is ready to “undergo any punishment,” if it was proven that he had attempted to threaten or intimidate her. He also asked why the actress did not sue him last year when he had sent multiple letters.

He also alleged that he had transferred crores of rupees to social media firms to purchase about 20 million fake followers for her Instagram account.

The conman also claimed that his voice had been “cloned” via artificial intelligence,” and chats were generated after he threatened to expose her.

He also accused the ‘Ram Setu’ actress of “ trying to "create a buzz and sensationalize the same to present herself as a victim in her application before the court."

In the leaked chat messages, the con man is shown to promise the actress that he will get her out of this mess. He also asks her to wear a “black kurta or a dress.”

Last week, Fernandez moved to Delhi High Court, seeking relief from being harrassed by her infamous ex-boyfriend, who, she alleged, had created an “alarming & distressing environment” for her by trying to get in touch with her.
