Gags, fights, songs, giggles, ghosts, here is a buffet you can overdose on.
    Rating:
    Director: Rohit Shetty
Cast: Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tabu, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Parineeti Chopra, Prakash Raj, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Kunal Kemmu, Mukesh Tiwari, Johny Lever
In recent years, Hindi comedies have been largely about one-liners than stories. These one-liners oscillate from being a telling commentary of trends and peculiar aspects of individual behaviour to scandalous or ribald situations. Golmaal Again is the latest addition to these comedies, except that it uses the element of horror to spice up the narrative.

Gopal (Devgn), Madhav (Warsi), Lucky (Kapoor), Laxman Prasad (Shreyas Talpade) and Laxman (Kunal Khemu) are raised in an orphanage. They find a girl (Chopra) outside the orphanage and name her Khushi.

As they grow up, they find the rules of the orphanage demanding and so leave it. But they come together for a mission — to save the orphanage from demolition by a real estate shark Vasu Reddy (Prakash Raj) and his partner Nikhil (Mukesh). Anna Mathew (Tabu), a friend of the bunch, helps them in thwarting Reddy and Nikhil.

One aspect of Golmaal Again which puts you off is its excessive silliness. Except the genuinely funny portions in which the spirit of actor Nana Patekar randomly enters anyone's body, the silliness in the film masquerades as humour. Also the film is too long, especially the second half, which tests the viewer's patience.

However, what really lifts Golmaal Again is the performance of the key actors. Despite being a multi-starrer, each character has got its due and performed brilliantly.

Director Rohit Shetty also sticks to clean entertainment and this attracts family audiences. If you're in the mood for a masala film with "no logic", then look no further.
