    Synopsis

This star juggles all her hats with so much grace.

Sonam Kapoor at the 'Jeune & Jolie' premiere during the 66th Annual Cannes film festival at Grand Theatre Lumiere in 2013.
She changed India's sartorial sense, brought the world's A-list designers to the domestic red carpet, made girl-friendship movies in Bollywood an actual thing, all while managing to stay real.

Sonam Kapoor, who turns 33 today, is the country's favourite fashionista, a National Award winner, an entrepreneur, with a heart of gold.

After making a dream debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Saawariya' opposite Ranbir Kapoor, Kapoor went on to win hearts as Bittu in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s 'Delhi-6'.

And then there was no stopping this star-daughter as she went on to win hearts and set the cash registers ringing with 'Neerja' (for which she won the National Award), 'Padman', 'Raanjhana', 'Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo' and 'Khoobsurat'.

But it's not just her acting that sets the star apart, she also proved her entrepreneurship skills with her closing brand, Rheson. Kapoor joined hands with sister Rhea to launch their brand in 2017.

She's also one of the Bollywood biggest social media influencers. From sharing cute #EverydayPhenomenal updates with husband Anand Ahuja to giving a shoutout to family and friends, Kapoor uses social media to its full potential. She even launched her own app in 2016. She surely knows how to keep her fans happy.

And not one to be shut down by trolls or critics, and always speaking her mind, Kapoor is known to take a stand for her friends. From defending Swara Bhasker when the actress got trolled to breaking the 'actresses can't be friends' stereotype with her Instagram posts with Anushka Sharma, and Kareena Kapoor.

Sonam Kapoor reportedly also changed her wedding dates because they were clashing with BFF Swara Bhasker's brother wedding dates.

When Kapoor's not busy hosting the wedding of the year (ICYMI: Bollywood danced away at Sonam-Anand's wedding), making films, promoting girl power, she also takes out time to support causes close to her heart.

The one example was when Kapoor and Ahuja decided to ditch the traditional paper invites in favour of an e-invite for their wedding. The 'go green' message couldn't have been clearer!

Earlier she was also part of the ‘Magic Bus’ initiative with Kapil Dev. The foundation equipped underprivileged children and young people with knowledge and skills to fulfill their dreams and be successful.

Here's hoping the sparkle's never dull on this star!
