    Harsh Goenka proud father as son Anant appointed FICCI VC

    Harsh Goenka appeared every inch the proud desi dad as he shared a new career milestone achieved by his son Anant.

    Taking to X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday, the RPG Enterprises Chairman revealed that his son had been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).

    “It’s always a matter of pride for a father to witness his son's journey as he assumes the role of Vice President of the leading chamber of business FICCI,” reads the post.

    In the photo, Anant can be as a member of the jury and gearing up for a speech.

    Several followers flooded the comment section to congratulate the proud father.

    Earlier, in October, Anand was appointed as the Vice Chairman of RPG Group. He would also continue to serve as the VC of Zensar Technologies and CEAT.

    An alumnus of the prestigious Wharton School Of Business and the Kellogg School Of Management (Northwestern University), Anant started his career with Unilever. In 2006, he became the head -Specialty Tyres at CEAT Limited. He went on to serve as an Executive Director -Supply Chain at KEC Limited, before being appointed as VC at Zensar Technologies.

    Currently, he serves as Vice Chairman at CEAT Limited and RPG Group.

    Goenka Quips About Stress

    Aside from cheering for his son, the business tycoon also penned a humorous tweet about the pitfalls of giving in to stress.

    “We stress about stress before there’s even stress to stress about. Then we stress about stressing over stress that we don’t need to stress about. Life indeed is very stressful,” wrote the billionaire.

    Reacting to the tweet, one X user wrote that those who are more prone to stress should practise mindfulness so that they can focus on the here and now.

    “Taking a step back can help manage stress. Focus on what's in your control. Practice mindfulness or meditation to stay present. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and enough sleep are vital. Remember to laugh and find joy in small things. If overwhelmed, don't hesitate to seek professional help. #StressManagement,” wrote the user.
