An entrepreneur's journey is riddled with a number of challenges.

From the fear of judgement to the fear of failure, a founder of a company has to deal with constant scrutiny. And, the India Inc bosses have faced a fair share of these hurdles.

Talking about the importance of opinions, Cred founder Kunal Shah recently shared that some of the finest founders are afraid to express their views in public. They worry that they will be judged or mocked for their epiphanies or opinions.

He also said that writing is the fastest way to get clarity. "Dance like no one’s watching. Tweet like no one’s mocking," his post said.

Earlier, the serial entrepreneur, known for sharing his unpopular opinion on Twitter, posted another message for his over 573K followers.

"Outrage and ridicule are the easiest way to garner likes on social media," he wrote.

Meanwhile, Marico Chairman Harsh Mariwala termed entrepreneurship as a 'lonely journey', but said that there is a way to come out stronger.

Sharing his experience as a businessman, the 72-year-old said that decided to take care of himself by exercising and indulging in things that brought him joy.

Furthermore, Mariwala said he created a group of peers to guide him through the storms. "These have been the foundations for my growth," he added as a part of his #HarshRealities - a wordplay on his name and the title of his book - series.

For another Harsh reality, Mariwala called success a constant journey, and never a destination.

"Success is a combination of passion, perseverance, courage, patience, and a never-ending thirst for knowledge," his caption read.

Sharing his take on success and failure, Flipkart founder Sachin Bansal shared his 'daily struggle'.

While failure makes a person learn valuable lessons in life, the entrepreneur said that he hates failures more than he likes winning.

Earlier last week, People Group and Shaadi.com founder Anupam Mittal also shared his take on failure.

The entrepreneur-investor - who became a household name with his TV debut on the popular reality business show 'Shark Tank India' - said that the ‘fear of failure’ drives him.

"All the talk about celebrating failure has a salutary effect, but I am still to be invited to a ‘failure party’," he shared.
