Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has been giving major workout goals by performing an impressive series of 108 surya namaskars.

The 41-year-old actress, who welcomed her second child with actor-husband Saif Ali Khan in February this year, took to Instagram to share her yoga routine with her 8.3 million fans.

In an Insta Reel, she was seen completing 108 surya namaskars. She further said that she was ready to eat her pumpkin-pie tonight on Thanksgiving Day.

Later, she shared another image where she was performing 'Setu Bandhasana', also known as the Bridge pose. "Never felt better," her caption read.

Before this, the actress completed 108 surya namaskaras in August as well.

While the decor of her entire house designed by interior decorator Darshini Shah wasn't visible, fans got a glimpse of the 'Jab We Met' star's balcony where she was working out. The balcony has a black-and-white chequered flooring, and has a regal backdrop.

Earlier this year, the Khan family moved to a new home in Bandra's Satguru Sharan from their previous house in Fortune Heights.

In April and then in October, Kapoor Khan - who is quite active on Instagram - shared pictures of her sons, Taimur (4) and Jehangir (nine months), claiming 'yoga runs in the family'.

In a 2020 Cosmopolitan India interview, Kapoor Khan revealed her passion for yoga which she first took up in 2008 while preparing for her role in 'Tashan'. "Yoga has been the balancing factor in my life and has helped me achieve equilibrium,” she was quoted.

On the work front, the actress is awaiting the release of her upcoming film 'Laal Singh Chaddha', which also features Aamir Khan, on April 14, 2022. It is the official Hindi adaptation of the Oscar-winning 'Forrest Gump', featuring Tom Hanks in the lead role.

The film has been directed by Advait Chandan with music by Pritam and lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
