The ‘Hum Aapke Hain Kaun’ star took to Instagram to bid her mother an emotional farewell. Dropping an adorable picture of her sharing a candid moment with her mother, she began on a solemn note, mourning the fact that she woke up to find her mother’s room empty. Referring to her mother’s absence, she described it as “surreal”.

She went on to recall how her mother shaped her personality. Describing her as a witty, energetic, and optimistic person, she said that her mother taught her to “embrace and celebrate life.” She also revealed that the late Snehalata was generous and often looked out for the less privileged.
