While the clock ticks away for the mini auction of the 2024 season, as many as 333 players would hope to go under the hammer. But with just a total of 77 slots, 30 of them for overseas players, the dream for many would be quite distant.
The Coca-Cola arena in Dubai will host one of the the most iconic and the biggest auctions in the world, with Mallika Sagar, taking charge as the auctioneer.

How many players are there in each price band at IPL 2024 Auctions?
Based on their areas of expertise, the 19 sets of shortlisted players for the IPL Auction 2024 have been divided into the following categories: spinner, wicketkeeper, fast bowler, batter, and all-rounder. After a few sets, players will switch between being capped and uncapped.
With 23 players on this list, the highest price bracket is Rs 2 crore. Harshal Patel, Umesh Yadav, and Shardul Thakur are the Indians who feature in this bracket.
