    Former Mindtree CEO Krishnakumar Natarajan joins Infogain board

    Krishnakumar Natarajan was part of the team that set up Mindtree in 1999 and served as the CEO and Chairman until Larsen & Toubro Ltd. took over the company in 2019.
    Pune: Krishnakumar Natarajan, the former chief executive of Mindtree Ltd., has joined the Silicon Valley-headquartered Infogain Corp. as an independent director.

    Natarajan was part of the team that set up the Indian IT services firm in 1999 and served as the CEO and Chairman until Larsen & Toubro Ltd. took over the company in 2019.

    Infogain’s board of directors includes:

    Natarajan had previously served as the chairman of Indian IT industry body National Association of Software and Services Companies (Nasscom) and is currently the chairman of the Nasscom Foundation. He is a graduate in mechanical engineering from the College of Engineering, Chennai, and a postgraduate in business administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
