Parliament security breach case: Police move court seeking more time to conclude probe
The Delhi Police moved a court here on Thursday seeking more time to complete its investigation in the Parliament security breach case, saying certain reports are awaited and the digital data is voluminous. The city police requested Additional Sessions Judge Hardeep Kaur to grant three more months to it for concluding the investigation in the matter.

Parliament security breach case: Court extends Judicial Custody of all accused till March 1
The Patiala House Court in Delhi extended the judicial custody of all the accused arrested in the Parliament Security Breach Case until March 1, 2024. The court observed the presence of all six accused and physically produced them in the courtroom, deciding to extend their judicial custody by 30 days.

Parliament security breach mastermind Lalit Jha burned mobile phones in attempt to destroy evidence
Lalit Jha, the fifth suspect and mastermind in the Parliament security breach case, destroyed mobile phones belonging to himself and his friend Mahesh after escaping to Kuchaman in Rajasthan, according to police sources. Earlier, all four suspects had given their phones to Jha to prevent crucial investigation details from reaching the police, foreseeing their imminent arrest.
Security breach plan began a year ago: Delhi Police; UAPA invoked on accused
Police said they are investigating the motive and conspiracy behind the incident and plan to cross-examine all the accused to unravel the plot. All six were using 'Signal' chat app to avoid any suspicion and Karnataka-based Manoranjan D is believed to have motivated the other suspects to participate in the act. He used to frequently travel to New Delhi and Bengaluru for meetings. He was the one who recced Parliament twice -- first during the monsoon session and then the special session of Parliament in September, police said.
