India to deploy desi anti-drone system along Pakistan border to stop smuggling
An indigenous anti-drone system developed by India to counter the use of drones for smuggling arms and narcotics from Pakistan will be deployed along the western border within six months. The system offers three implementation options and may involve a combination of technologies. Additionally, the free movement regime (FMR) along the India-Myanmar border will be discontinued to prevent illegal migration and trafficking.

To choke the flow of funds to left-wing extremists in the state, the Bihar Police has intensified crackdown on cultivation of illegal poppy in Gaya, Aurangabad and Jamui districts.
