    CA Basque Investments, the Mauritius-based special purpose vehicle owned by Carlyle Group, sold 39,00,00,000 shares of the lender at Rs 27.10 a share, bulk deals data on the BSE showed. Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte bought 30,63,05,668 shares or 1.1% in the lender through a separate bulk deal for Rs 830 crore.

    YES Bank Q3 Results: Provisions for the quarter dropped sharply, which aided growth in the bottom line. Provisions and contingencies for the reported period stood at Rs 555 crore, compared with Rs 845 crore a year ago. Despite this, the pre-provision operating profit declined 5.4% YoY to Rs 864 crore.

    IDBI Bank shares jump 11%, hit 52-week high post strong Q3 earnings

    IDBI Bank's provisions and contingencies for the quarter were at Rs 320 crore, compared to Rs 784.3 crore a year ago. The bank had a reversal of provision towards non-performing assets to the tune of Rs 446 crore during the quarter. The pre-provision operating profit increased by over 13% YoY to Rs 2,326.50 crore.

    Bank of India QIP subscribed 4.11 times; lender raises Rs 4,500 crore

    The lender received a total 104 bids aggregating up to Rs 18,483 crore, it said in an exchange filing. The state-owned lender allotted shares to qualified institutional buyers at Rs 100.20 a share, a discount of nearly 5% to the floor price of Rs 105.42.
