    'Lack of democracy within BRS; leaders suffocating': Congress' Prabhakar Rao

Whatever decision is taken by the party chief is final. So, most of the MLAs and MLCs were suffocating in this BRS party as they were not allowed to speak at all."

    Telangana: Six BRS MLCs join Congress
