    The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a closure report in a case related to alleged irregularities in the allotment of Kilhoni coal block in Maharashtra to Nippon Denro Ispat Limited in 1998. The probe, initiated in 2012 based on a complaint by then Congress MP Sandeep Dikshit and six other MPs, alleged irregularities in coal block allocations from 1993 to 2005.
