    VITEEE 2024 Results Announced: Here's how to check your score and what's next

    VITEEE 2024 Results: Vellore Institute of Technology has declared the results for the VITEEE 2024, which can be accessed on viteee.vit.ac.in. The exam, held between April 19 and 30, is for admission to undergraduate engineering programs at VIT's campuses. The selection is based on performance in subjects like Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Aptitude, and English. The counselling process, based on rankings, will soon commence for candidates who qualify. The results announcement marks an important step towards the counselling process.

    Results for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG, the gateway for undergraduate admissions in over 200 universities, were announced on Saturday. Some candidates have been complaining about their scores being brought down due to normalisation.

    Performance of every candidate in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG is evaluated using equi-percentile method and the marks reflected in the score card are normalised scores, according to UGC chief M Jagadesh Kumar. The results for CUET-UG, the gateway for undergraduate admissions to over 200 universities across the country, were announced on Saturday.

    CUET-UG: Results live; over 22k candidates score 100 percentile

    Over 22,000 candidates have scored a 100 percentile in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG, with maximum marks scored in English, according to UGC Chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar. The National Testing Agency has reminded that it has only conducted the test, and that the merit list will finally be prepared by universities. This year, over 14 lakh applications were received for the exam- a 41% increase from last year's numbers.

    12 candidates score 100 percentile normalised score in all 5 subjects in CUET-UG

    At least 12 candidates have scored 100 percentile normalised score in all five subjects in CUET-UG while 104 got the perfect score in four subjects, according to National Testing Agency (NTA) officials. The results for the debut edition of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG were declared earlier in the day.

    In a statement, the university also announced that the second phase of the admission process, wherein the candidates will provide preferences for programmes and colleges, will start from September 26 and conclude on October 10.

      The NTA said the merit lists will be prepared by participating universities, which will decide on the process of counselling based on the CUET-UG scorecard. ​Meanwhile, admission through the Common Seat Allocation System will be conducted in three phases -- submission of the CSAS-2022 application form, selection of programmes, and filling of preferences, and seat allocation and admission.
