    The Indian Coast Guard rescued 24 passengers and two crew members from the tourist ferry boat 'Nerul Paradise' near Mormugao harbour in Goa. The boat faced rough weather conditions and fuel exhaustion on Sunday, with waves over three meters high. Departing from Panjim with tourists on board, the boat was stranded off the Goa coast. Responding swiftly to distress signals, personnel from the Coast Guard ship C-148 reached the vessel and stabilized the situation.
