In Delhi, RWFC Delhi predicts mainly clear sky with shallow to moderate fog in the morning. The air quality in Delhi is recorded at 300, falling in the 'poor' category.

Over 470 roads, including four national highways, remained closed in Himachal Pradesh due to snowfall and rain. In addition, 398 transformers and 38 water supply schemes were disrupted. The state experienced a significant rainfall deficit of 92% in January, making it the driest month in the past 17 years. The snowfall has attracted more tourists to Shimla, with an increase in tourist arrivals of 30-70% last weekend. The agricultural and horticultural sectors have also benefited from the snow and rain, as they are favorable for apple cultivation and the Rabi crop.

Officials said 157 roads have been closed in Lahaul and Spiti, followed by 133 in Shimla, 71 in Kullu, 56 in Chamba, and 51 in Mandi district. According to the state emergency operation centre, 333 transformers and 57 water supply schemes have been disrupted.
