    NIA charge sheets 17 ISIS men for making IEDs, radicalising youth

    NIA charged 17 ISIS agents in a conspiracy involving recruitment, radicalisation of youth, and fabrication of explosives in the Delhi-Padgha ISIS terror module case. The accused, charged under various sections of the IPC, UA(P) Act, Arms Act, and Explosive Substances Act, were found to be involved in a large-scale ISIS plot. This included recruiting and training individuals, spreading ISIS ideology among unsuspecting youth, creating explosives and IEDs, and raising funds for the banned organization.

    NIA files chargesheet against 17 hardcore operatives in Delhi-Padgha ISIS terror module case

    The National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed a chargesheet against 17 individuals linked to the ISIS for recruiting and radicalising youth. The chargsheeted have been accused of making IEDs in the Delhi-Padgha ISIS terror module. Most accused are from Maharashtra. Charges include violations of IPC, UA(P) Act, Arms Act, and Explosive Substances Act. The accused engaged in a broad ISIS conspiracy, including training, propaganda, and fundraising. NIA seized incriminating evidence and is investigating further.

Jammu branch seized 100 properties, Chandigarh 33 from separatists. Confiscated properties include Khalistani leader's. PFI workers' properties also seized in multiple locations across India.
