Hubballi: Guru Institute, Hubballi will be organising a statewide cultural programme 'Gangavati Reshme Rangotsav' where the team is performing a Kannada play 'Sahi Re Sahi', written by Kedar Shinde from Mumbai, translated and directed by Yashwant Sardeshpande.
Speaking to reporters here on Monday, Sardeshpande said that to bring the audience back to the theatres, the theatre performances were organised across the state.
Also a lucky audience member will be awarded a silk saree worth a thousand rupees.
The Hubbali's textile shop ‘Gangavati Silk Palace’ is sponsoring the events. The play 'Sahi Re Sahi’ will be performed on July 6 At Srijana Rangmandira in Dharwad and also at Sawai Gandharva Hall in Hubballi.
