Hyderabad: After enjoying summer vacation, students return school

After enjoying a rejuvenating summer vacation, students returned to school as campuses in the state capital reopened on Wednesday. After nearly 50 days of summer break, the children reunited with their friends and dived back into the world of learning and play.

SCHOOL BUS CRACKDOWN
The transport department officials on Wednesday took action by seizing 25 school buses for operating without the required documentation.According to authorities, 19 out of the 25 buses lacked valid fitness certificates, while others were found to be operating without essential permits or documents.
Joint transport commissioner, Hyderabad Ramesh, said, “We will continue the drive until the end of this month." He further noted that several school buses remain off the roads due to a shortage of drivers or ongoing repair works.
Additionally, the Telangana Recognised School Managements Association issued a directive advising all school correspondents to ensure that they get fitness certificates at the earliest.
