JAIPUR: Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani has posted a series of ‘ModiStoryvideos on social media platform X, eulogising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. These videos mention “tough” decisions taken by the PM along with several of his achievements.

The videos, coming from a person occupying a Constitutional post that is expected to be politically neutral, have sparked speculation over the motive behind them.

When contacted over the phone, Devnani refused to comment. However, he said, “He (Modi) is the Prime Minister. What is the problem in this?”
In one of the posts, Devnani wrote, “Making tough decisions, when many opt for the easier route, is a hallmark of Narendra Modiji’s leadership. One such instance is his decision to proceed with the 2009 Vibrant Gujarat Summit, despite widespread caution about its possibility of failure due to the global financial crisis.”

In another post, he said, “An interesting #ModiStory on Narendra Modiji’s eye for the smallest details!” and posted a video. Another post uploaded by Devnani said, “Vest made from dhoti.. Listen to this episode on the simple and frugal lifestyle of Narendra Modiji.” He attached a video using #ModiStory.

As an ace organizer, the exceptionally meticulous Narendra Modiji ensures that no aspect is ever overlooked during any organisational activity. One such anecdote from the Swarna Jayanti Rath Yatra led by LK Advani in 1997 perfectly illustrates this.” Following this post, he attached a video using #ModiStory.
