Sanjeev, Geeta to represent India in TT championship in Rome
Kanpur: Sanjeev Pathak and Geeta Tandon Kapoor will represent the Indian team in the World Masters Table Tennis championship slated to be held at Rome from July 6 to 14, 2024.
Sanjeev Pathak is former national level TT player and has participated in international events. At present he is president of UP Table Tennis Association. Geeta Tandon is also former national level player and had participated in several international meets.

GPL league – Butterfly Royals outplayed All Rounders XI by 87 runs in GPL cricket league tie being played here at Ganges Club on Saturday.
Butterfly Royals, deciding to bat first, scored 207 runs. Thereafter they wrapped the innings of All Rounders XI on 120 runs. Lords of Victory XI in another tie humbled Fortune Fighters by 55 runs. Lords of Victory XI batting first scored 211 runs. Fortune Fighters in reply could score 156 runs in 12 overs.
