Father, four-year-old son found hanging in rented home in Kerala

NEW DELHI: A 41-year-old man and his four-year-old son were discovered dead in their rented home at Varapuzha on Wednesday morning.
The police suspect it to be a case of murder-suicide.
The father and son had recently relocated from Malappuram and had been living in the rented accommodation for just three weeks. The rest of their family members are still residing in Malappuram.
According to the police, the man had been unreachable since Tuesday night. Concerned neighbors decided to check on him in the morning, only to find both the man and his son deceased. The authorities believe that this could be a case of murder-suicide, but they have stated that more information will be available once the inquest proceedings have concluded.
The police are currently investigating the matter to determine the exact cause and motive behind the deaths.
