Kolhapur district officials seize 10 mineral-loaded dumpers, excavator
Kolhapur: The Kolhapur district administration seized 10 mineral laden dumpers and an excavator from Rajgoli village in Chandgad tehsil of Kolhapur.
All the vehicles seized are registered in Karnataka. Nearly 49 brass of mineral costing Rs 4.2 lakh was seized.
A team led by district mining officer Anand Patil and Chandgad tehsildar Rajesh Chavan executed the operation after they got tip off.

The raid begun on June 30 and went on till the next morning. The case has been registered at Chandgad police station.
